About Malcolm
I’m Malcolm Stoffman, a Mortgage Broker (M18002114) with a deep track record as a financial services executive, strategist and an educator with a sharp legal mind and a passion for helping Canadians make confident mortgage decisions.
With over 25 years of experience in financial services industry including service as a Director on the Board of a Canadian bank, I bring insider-level insight into how lenders think, price, and approve loans. I’ve underwritten, approved, and brokered billions of dollars in mortgages, giving me the expertise to handle everything from straight forward first-time home purchases to complex commercial files.
My academic background includes a Master of Arts (M.A.) in Management and a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Financial Services Law, a rare combo that blends business strategy with legal precision. That means every recommendation I give is not just well-informed, but also built on a foundation of regulatory compliance, risk awareness, and long-term thinking.
Over the years, I’ve helped thousands of individuals, families, and businesses across Canada navigate the world of mortgages and real estate financing. Whether it’s finding the best rate, unlocking equity, or financing a big dream, I’m here to make it happen, efficiently and with full transparency.
This isn’t just my job. It’s what I do best.
